Sales & Marketing Intern – 6 Months

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Stipend: ₹15,000 / month
Potential: Full-time conversion based on performance

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and adaptable Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with the Co-Founder, gaining hands-on exposure to real estate SaaS marketing and sales strategies. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing, CRM solutions, and business growth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and sales outreach activities
• Support marketing campaigns (digital, events, customer engagement)
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
• Work closely with the product and sales teams to understand PropFlo’s value proposition
• Prepare pitch decks, sales reports, and customer communication material
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
• Contribute to brand awareness and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• BBA graduates or MBA (Marketing) graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a zeal to learn and take on new challenges
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic understanding of sales/marketing concepts preferred
• Tech-savvy mindset is a plus
