Company: Yhodha Combat Martial Arts Location: Secunderabad Work Mode: Office + Field Visits (Hybrid) 🎯 Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving admissions, handling marketing campaigns, and building local partnerships. The role is hybrid – mostly office-based with field visits for tie-ups and promotions. 🛠 Responsibilities: Handle social media & WhatsApp campaigns (festive offers, reels, posters). Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and trial class bookings. Visit schools, corporates, and societies for tie-ups & bulk lead generation. Execute BTL marketing (flyer distribution, local events, demo sessions). Maintain CRM, student leads, and monthly reporting. Support academy promotions during festivals & special events. ✅ Skills RequiredStrong communication & convincing skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, WhatsApp). Passion for fitness/martial arts (preferred but not mandatory). Self-driven with sales target orientation. 💰 Salary StructureFixed Salary (per month): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)Incentives per Admission:Standard Plan (₹2,850): ₹300 Plus Plan (₹4,000): ₹500 Elite Plan (₹5,500+): ₹750 – ₹1,000 Performance Bonus (Monthly):Extra ₹2,000 if 15 admissions closed in a month. Extra ₹5,000 if 25 admissions closed in a month. 📊 Example Earnings Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 Admissions Closed: 15 (5 Standard + 5 Plus + 5 Elite) Incentives = (₹1,500 + ₹2,500 + ₹3,750) = ₹7,750 Total = ₹25,750 (with bonus can go up to ₹30k+) 📌 Growth Path Can grow into Senior Marketing Manager (₹30k+ fixed) based on performance.
