The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring repeat business from key industrial customers. #Key Responsibilities: * Perform cold calling based on provided leads/data to generate new business. * Identify and convert potential industrial clients into regular customers. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers for repeat orders. * Present the Valvoline Cummins product line in a professional and persuasive manner. * Provide product information and support to customers as needed. * Report directly to the Director with updates on leads, sales, and customer feedback. * Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent after-sales support. Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. * Must be self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented. * Should be well-presented and professional in appearance. * Prior sales experience (especially B2B or industrial) is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. * Willingness to travel within the Faridabad industrial area.
