Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with individual, corporate, and group clients. Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages, air tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance. Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Handle client inquiries professionally and provide customized travel solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for competitive rates. Marketing Responsibilities:Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials. Organize travel exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and paid ads to increase online presence. Maintain and update company website, social media platforms, and online listings. Track market trends and competitor activities to adapt marketing strategies. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. Proven experience in travel agency sales or tourism marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Monthly sales revenue and new client acquisitions. Conversion rate of leads to confirmed bookings. Customer satisfaction and repeat business ratio. Growth in digital reach and engagement.
