Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Officer, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and creating strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue, particularly in wedding sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking charge of wedding customer acquisition and improving normal walk-ins, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI). - Identifying potential clients for generating wedding leads. - Collaborating with local organizations to maintain regular contact for obtaining local referral data. - Analyzing customer needs and industry trends to formulate targeted business development strategies. - Crafting and delivering customized sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business deals. - Cultivating strong and enduring relationships with both new and existing clients. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. - Devising and executing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth as per assigned objectives. - Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to optimize strategies and enhance outcomes. Your performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Achieving monthly sales targets. - Focusing on the number of new clients acquired per month and acquiring business from wedding customers. - Ensuring month-over-month revenue growth in the wedding segment. - Market penetration. - Lead conversion rate - the percentage of leads converted into customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to travel and driving skills.
