Job Description

Sales Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads in the t-shirt, merchandising, printing, and apparel industries. Reach out to printers, wholesalers, custom merchandise companies, and e-commerce sellers across states. Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and convert leads into active clients. Maintain and update lead/clients data in Google Sheets or CRM. Build strong relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business. Prepare quotations, share product catalogs, and assist clients with product selection. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Create product presentations and assist in social media content strategies. Coordinate with designers/teams for promotional materials. Manage inquiries coming from social media, website, and online ads. Attend trade shows, events, and market visits when needed (optional based on your business). Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in apparel or printing industry). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to generate leads from Google, social media, and market research. Basic knowledge of t-shirt fabrics, GSM, printing types (DTF, screen printing) is a plus. Good command of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email communication. Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
