Job Title: Sales Executive – West Bengal (B2B Branding & Printing)Location: West Bengal (Work from home + field) Reporting To: Founder / Sales Head Experience: 1–4 years (B2B sales preferred) 🔹 Role Objective- Generate and close B2B orders for branding, printing, signage & corporate gifting from West Bengal. Focus on collections, repeat business, and long-term clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Generate leads via cold visits, references & local market mapping Meet dealers, factories, distributors & corporates Pitch fixed sales packages & approved rate card Close orders and ensure payment collection Coordinate with head office for production & delivery Maintain daily sales & follow-up report Develop repeat customers in assigned territory 🔹 What You Will Sell Dealer branding kits POS signage & boards Industrial labels & overlays Corporate gifting bundles Repeat consumable printing orders 🔹 Mandatory Requirements Local West Bengal resident Strong Bengali + Hindi communication Field sales experience (B2B preferred) Self-driven & target oriented Smartphone + basic Excel/WhatsApp reporting 💰 OFFER STRUCTURE (based on experience) Commission (PAYMENT-LINKED)2% on collected revenue Paid monthly Commission applicable only after payment received Performance Bonus+0.5% extra if client places repeat order within 60 days Travel = Actual local travel reimbursed Failure = role discontinued.
