Sales & Marketing-Executive Location: Panchkula, Haryana, India Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement Ensure timely delivery of products and services to the customers Perform market research to identify new opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team is on board Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience Required Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Sales Coordinator skills Computer knowledge Excellent Communication skills Key Responsibilities: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company s customer base and ensures its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics ,
