Job Description

As a Marketing Executive at RMC, your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, and developers. Your tasks will also include effectively promoting our range of RMC products and services, providing technical support and product information to clients, conducting market research, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Promote RMC products and services effectively - Provide technical support and product information to clients - Conduct market research - Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth Qualifications Required: - Passionate about sales and marketing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of construction materials and processes, ideally with a Civil Engineering background - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently You will also be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. This position is available as full-time, permanent, fresher, or contractual/temporary for a contract length of 24 months. Work location will be in person.,
