Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Admission Counsellor to join our international admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into admissions by guiding prospective doctors through the enrollment process, understanding their professional goals, and offering suitable courses that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for potential students (primarily doctors and healthcare professionals). Provide detailed information about courses, admission process, eligibility, and career benefits. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups effectively. Counsel prospective students and convert leads into successful enrollments. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-up schedules using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign performance and lead quality. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service with all prospects and partners. Requirements:Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – a must. Prior experience in sales, admission counselling, or international calling process preferred. Confidence in speaking with medical professionals and understanding their educational needs. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Bachelor's degree in any stream (Education, Marketing, or Healthcare background is a plus). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
