Role Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager, youll be at the forefront of growing our clientele and amplifying our brand. Youll work closely with the creative and production teams to pitch, promote, and deliver events people talk about.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assistance in planning and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for achieving the target of the company.
  • Develop & maintain customers data bank.
  • Analyse market trends and develop new business leads
  • Identifying the business opportunities.
  • Handle presentations, documents, proposals, and manage the expectations of the customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of business developing activities.
  • Report on weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made and list of business leads.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Follow-ups with the clients on the closure of the agreements and milestone payments.
  • Generating the leads/opportunities/orders and develop a complete understanding of customer segments.
  • Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts
  • Set and implement marketing and sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Preparation and updating of companys profile and website.
  • Monitor competitors offering and prices.
  • Handle promotional activities such as exhibition, seminar, presentation.
  • Cold call to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Make use of social media platforms to promote the firm and generate leads.
  • Creation of work order
  • Forecasting of revenue flows.
  • Conversion of leads into prospect clients.
  • Responsible for processing enquiries through personal visits, emails, phones etc.
  • Implementation and monitoring of marketing efforts and costs of marketing and sales.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, qua6erly and monthly revenue flow.
  • Keeping a check on business growth.
  • Preparation of quotations and sending it to customer and follow up and negotiation with the customer.

  • A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
