Maintain customer records and documentation related to solar projects and subsidy registration. Understand customer needs and provide timely support to ensure satisfaction. Manage and coordinate with walk-in customers at the office or site. Assist customers with solar subsidy registrations, documentation collection, and application follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer service and installation processes. Report daily/weekly updates to the sales manager.
