Lea Energy Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced Commercial Pickup Driver to manage the safe and timely transportation of Solar System BoS (Balance of System) materials from our warehouse to various solar installation sites. The driver will play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery of essential solar components such as solar panels, inverters, cables, mounting structures, and other equipment. Key Responsibilities:Operate a commercial pickup vehicle to transport solar equipment and materials from warehouse to solar project sites. Load and unload solar BoS materials safely and securely. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups. Perform daily vehicle inspection and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance. Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Coordinate with the warehouse and site teams for delivery scheduling and requirements. Handle materials carefully to avoid damage and ensure safe delivery. Maintain fuel and delivery logs, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Requirements:Valid Commercial Driver’s License (LMV or equivalent as per local RTO regulations). Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in commercial driving, preferably in construction or solar industry. Familiarity with local routes and regions where solar projects are executed. Ability to lift and move solar components with care. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability. Basic understanding of handling delicate equipment is a plus. Physically fit and capable of long-distance driving if required.

Handle Pre & post-sales customer communication through voice calls, WhatsApp, and chat support. Follow up regularly with registered solar applicants regarding their installation status and subsidy process. Maintain customer records and documentation related to solar projects and subsidy registration. Understand customer needs and provide timely support to ensure satisfaction. Manage and coordinate with walk-in customers at the office or site. Assist customers with solar subsidy registrations, documentation collection, and application follow-ups. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer service and installation processes. Report daily/weekly updates to the sales manager.
