Sales & Marketing Executive

We are a growing women’s fashion brand dedicated to delivering trend-setting styles, high-quality outfits, and an online shopping experience. We’re expanding our digital presence and are hiring passionate Sales & Marketing Executive who lives and breathes fashion, social media, and online sales.

Role Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for online marketing, content creation, lead generation and brand visibility across social media and commercial platforms. Your creative input will drive traffic, boost sales and help connect with a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, product highlights) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and social media campaigns
• Monitor marketing metrics, analyze performance, and optimize content and ads
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and competitors to improve marketing strategies
• Create ideas to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media & e-commerce platforms (fashion industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and digital content trends
• Creative mindset with good design and visual aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented
