Job Title: Sales Executive – Brown Goods & Appliances(Small Household & Kitchen Appliances) Location: Barasat, Nabapally Circular Road kalpataru bhawan Near Bhadra Bari More Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of brown goods, including small household and kitchen appliances, fans, stabilizers, air coolers, purifiers, and domestic pumps through retail outlets via a distribution network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities :Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales of small household appliances (fans, stabilizers, air coolers, purifiers, etc.) to retail outlets in the assigned region. Channel Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail outlets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify new business opportunities. Promotions & Merchandising: Support in-store promotions and ensure proper product placement to enhance visibility and sales. Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong retail partnerships. Qualifications: Minimum education requirement: 12th Pass. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in the consumer electronics or appliance sector). Knowledge of brown goods (small appliances, kitchen products, etc.) and distribution channels. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel within the assigned region in NORTH 24,WESTBENGAL.
