Sales & Marketing Executive

 Product Advisor provides expert guidance to customers, helping them understand and choose the right products or services to meet their needs. This role typically involves communicating detailed product information, offering demonstrations, and ensuring a positive customer experience to drive sales. Key responsibilities include product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills, with common work environments being retail stores or remote customer support.  Key Responsibilities Product Knowledge: Maintaining a deep understanding of the products or services being offered, including specifications, features, and promotions.  Customer Consultation: Approaching customers, assessing their needs, and providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations to help them make purchasing decisions.  Sales & Promotion: Persuading customers to buy products, updating them on deals, and arranging product displays to promote sales.  Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing helpful service, resolving issues with orders, and ensuring a welcoming environment.  Operational Support: Assisting with tasks like maintaining store cleanliness, restocking shelves, and providing information on policies and security practices.  Essential Skills Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are crucial for engaging with customers.  Sales & Persuasion: The ability to effectively persuade customers and close sales.  Patience: Comfort in dealing with customers and managing different personalities.  Technical Acumen: Familiarity with products and sometimes light technical support.  Product Expertise: Genuine and in-depth knowledge of the specific products being sold.
