Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Field Marketing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, generating new business opportunities, executing field marketing activities, and achieving sales targets in the architecture and interior design domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales & marketing strategies to expand market reach.Conduct field visits, meet prospective clients, and promote company services.Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales.Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure client satisfaction.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to improve business strategies.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in construction, real estate, or interior design sector).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and handle field marketing activities.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary with attractive incentives & performance bonuses.Opportunity to work with a reputed and fast-growing design company.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Friendly and supportive work environment.Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus incentives, based on performance & experience).How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to:📧 career@housedesigns99.com📞 +91 9474806063🌐 www.housedesigns99.com
