About the Role:

Founding Marketing & Sales Executive

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with travel within the city

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or business development

Location:

Preferred Background

• Experience in marketplace platforms, service provider onboarding, or B2B/B2C sales
• Experience with startup or tech-enabled platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard service providers/business partners in the Lucknow region
• Conduct field visits to promote our platform and explain key benefits
• Generate leads and build a strong local network
• Manage and grow relationships with vendors and service partners
• Support marketing campaigns and local market activation
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business expansion
