About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Founding Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, onboarding service partners, building relationships, and driving sales performance within the local market. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, field sales, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage field activities Good understanding of the Lucknow market Comfortable with travel within the city Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented Preferred Background Experience in marketplace platforms, service provider onboarding, or B2B/B2C sales Experience with startups or tech-enabled platforms is a plus Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard service providers/business partners in the Lucknow region Conduct field visits to promote our platform and explain key benefits Generate leads and build a strong local network Manage and grow relationships with vendors and service partners Support marketing campaigns and local market activation Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business expansion
