Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors across assigned territories.
2. Manage, motivate, and support distributors to achieve sales targets.
3. Develop and grow business in:
* Two-wheeler segment (4T oils)
* Industrial lubricants
* Agricultural lubricants
4. Execute local marketing and promotional activities to build brand awareness.
5. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide regular sales insights to management.
6. Maintain excellent relationships with channel partners and ensure timely supply chain coordination.
7. Prepare and maintain sales reports, distributor agreements, and follow-ups.
Requirements :
✅ Graduate in Marketing/Business or relevant field
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales/distribution, preferably in lubricants or FMCG
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Willingness to travel extensively in assigned areas
✅ Proactive, target-oriented, and relationship-driven
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
