Sales & Marketing Executive (FMCG)

You are a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving business growth, building brand awareness, and establishing strong client relationships. You should have a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to achieving desired outcomes. Your main responsibilities in sales include identifying and pursuing new leads through various methods, presenting and selling products/services to customers, negotiating and closing deals, meeting sales targets, and delivering presentations and product demonstrations effectively. In the marketing domain, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, coordinating with marketing teams for events and promotions, managing digital marketing activities such as social media and email marketing, conducting market research, and analyzing campaign performance for enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven sales or marketing experience preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently is crucial, and a willingness to travel as required is advantageous. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in sales and persuasion techniques, marketing and campaign management, digital tools and CRM systems, analytical and reporting skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities.
