We are a leading supplier of electrical insulating materials used in generators, cables, and electric vehicles (EVs). With a global reach and a commitment to innovation, we deliver technically superior and cost-effective solutions for the electrical and energy industries.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with excellent communication and persuasion skills to manage both domestic and international business development. You will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging clients, presenting our solutions, and building long-term business relationships. This is a pure sales & marketing and customer engagement role (no logistics or back-office documentation).

Key Responsibilities

  • • Identify and engage potential clients (domestic and international) via calls, emails, meetings, and trade platforms.
  • • Build strong relationships and convince clients to initiate business with Vidyut Impex.
  • • Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
  • • Visit clients, OEMs, and distributors as part of regular field marketing activity.
  • • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business events.
  • • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • • Strong ability to influence and convince B2B customers
  • • Passion for technical marketing and global business development

Preferred:

  • • MBA in Marketing / International Business
  • • Experience in B2B industrial product marketing, especially electrical or cable industry
  • • Knowledge of insulating materials or electrical product applications

Skillset

  • • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • • Ability to work independently and travel frequently (India & abroad)
  • • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Volza, CRM tools, Excel, online tender platforms (GeM), and B2B portals like Amazon B2B
  • • Self-motivated, highly organized, and performance-driven

Experience

2 to 5 years in marketing of industrial/technical products (1+ years with strong communication and eagerness to learn may also apply)

Compensation

Salary: 16,000 20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Travel Expenses: Reimbursed as per company policy
