Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Market pathology lab services to clinics, hospitals, corporates, and wellness centers.
  • Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Promote and sell herbal products (OTC, wellness, therapeutic) to retail outlets, clinics, wellness centers, pharmacies, and Ayurvedic practitioners.
  • Design and implement wellness packages and corporate tie-ups for wellness center / Diagnostic and wellness products, B2B Sales.
  • Convert leads into clients and ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for order follow-ups, product queries, and sample/test report tracking.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand needs and provide product/service training or updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, billing, lab, and customer service) to ensure timely delivery and report sharing.
  • Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, client databases, follow-up records, and visit schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, B.Pharm, B.Sc. (Biotech/Microbiology), Ayurveda, or Marketing.
  • 2 4 years of sales or coordination experience in the

    healthcare, herbal, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics

    industry.

  • Knowledge of herbal/Ayurvedic products and diagnostics is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting tools (Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel locally as required. (Two-wheeler & license is mandatory for this role, company will provide travel reimbursement.)
