Job Description

As a Sales Marketing Executive at our wholesale jewelry showroom, your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base and strengthening business relationships across the region. You will be responsible for visiting jewelry stores in nearby towns, promoting our brand, showcasing our unique selling points (USPs), and influencing store owners and buyers to visit our showroom and make purchases. Your key responsibilities will include: - Visiting jewelry stores regularly to introduce and promote our wholesale jewelry showroom. - Presenting and communicating the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our jewelry collections and services clearly and effectively. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with jewelry store owners, buyers, and influencers. - Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to encourage showroom visits and bulk purchases. - Achieving targeted sales and marketing goals by increasing footfall and purchase orders. - Providing feedback from the field to the sales and marketing teams for continuous product and strategy improvement. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service. - Representing the brand professionally and upholding the company's image and values. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in jewelry or retail sectors. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence and persuade business customers effectively. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively in the assigned region. - Good understanding of the jewelry market and competitor landscape is a plus. - Valid driving license and access to transportation for frequent travel. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable. In addition to the qualifications and skills required, some key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role include: - Confidence and enthusiasm in representing the brand and pitching the product. - Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.,
