Sales Marketing executive Job Responsibilities : Plans, organizes, and manages events like Educational Improvement activities, and extracurricular events. Key responsibilities include setting event objectives, managing budgets, handling logistics such as venue booking and vendor coordination, overseeing event execution, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Essential skills for this role are strong organizational abilities, time management, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Core responsibilities

• Planning and concept development: Meet with stakeholders to understand event needs, develop event themes, and create detailed timelines.
• Budget management: Create and maintain event budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Logistics and vendor coordination: Book facilities, arrange for catering, entertainment, and necessary equipment, and coordinate with various vendors.
• Event execution: Manage on-site setup, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure the event runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Staff and student coordination: Mentor activity teachers, select and train students, and draw up duty lists for event staff.
• Post-event activities: Oversee breakdown and cleanup, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event outcomes.
• Communication and promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and act as a point of contact for inquiries.
