Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new dealers across various regions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure consistent engagement.
• Travel extensively (up to 15 days per month, company-sponsored) to meet dealers and prospects.
• Promote our product range and support dealers with the latest product knowledge, pricing, and offers.
• Track sales trends, collect market feedback, and report competitor activities.
• Execute local marketing strategies to boost regional visibility and sales.
• Achieve sales targets set by the management team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (

  must have prior experience in Power Tools or Pneumatics industry

  ).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (travel expenses covered by the company).
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong in time management.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Email, MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).
