CTC: ₹3–6 LPA (based on experience) Overview: Aadhi Glass is hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the building materials industry (glass, façade solutions, UPVC, etc.). The role involves building long term relationship with existing & potential customers, working on leads given by the team, independently generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong channel partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Build long term relationship with existing & potential customers Drive end-to-end sales – from pitching to closing deals Build and maintain long-term client relationships Regularly update CRM with client interactions and sales progress Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns Share weekly reports and updates with the Sales Head Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with marketing and attend trade shows or exhibitions Requirements: 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials space.
