Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer – Transformers (Oil-Filled and Dry-Type Transformers)

Location: Nagpur Maharashtra

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Transformer Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell transformers (oil-filled and dry-type) to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct visits, networking, and market research.
• Handle technical discussions, proposal preparation, and quotation submissions.
• Manage customer communication, order tracking, and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new strategic accounts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare performance reports.
• Stay informed about competitor products, market trends, and pricing.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of transformers and related components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and recommend suitable products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing client relationships independently.

Experience Required:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or project coordination within the transformer industry, preferably dealing with oil-filled or dry-type transformers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,099.60 - ₹54,795.55 per month
