Sales Marketing Engineer

You will be working as a Sales & Marketing Engineer at PLUSCON SYSTEMS PVT LTD, located in Chakan with some work from home flexibility. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing sales and marketing strategies to enhance the company's sales and market presence. You will interact with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with technical solutions. Additionally, you will be involved in sales presentations, contract negotiations, and maintaining customer relationships. Your daily tasks will involve developing cost estimates for projects related to Electric Control Panels, creating and sharing quotations with customers, and preparing a Bill of Material list with updated price details. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends, analyzing customer activities to identify business opportunities, and generating new business through field visits and client relationship building. Identifying and targeting new customers, arranging and managing client meetings, maintaining accurate records of estimates and proposals, as well as developing proposals for projects related to Electric Control Panels using Excel or software are essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills for market research, proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. You must have the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. Previous experience in the industrial automation sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required for this role.,
