Sales & Marketing Engineer

• Identify and develop business opportunities for PLC, SCADA, DCS, VFDs, HMI, Sensors, IIoT, and related automation products & solutions.
• Manage technical sales cycle — lead generation, customer visits, techno-commercial discussions, proposal submission, and order closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and end-users.
• Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and market intelligence activities.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for solution delivery and customer support.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital lead generation activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in industrial/process automation systems.
• Proven sales experience in automation/instrumentation domain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independent business development.

Preferred Experience:

• Working with leading automation brands (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.).
• Exposure to sectors like manufacturing, process industries, utilities, or OEMs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
