Sales, Marketing & Business Development

You will be responsible for researching consumer and industry trends to identify new leads in developing market areas. Your main tasks will include generating leads for solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial establishments through tele and digital marketing activities. Additionally, you will be required to qualify leads from the lead pool to generate specific requirements. You will also assist the team by preparing and proofreading content for social media, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, collaterals, etc. Furthermore, you will overview the team's sales performance and develop sales strategies to meet sales objectives and targets. It will be your responsibility to maintain customer records and database information. You will also coordinate, promote, and attend promotional events/activities both online and offline. Qualifications: - A graduate with a bachelor's degree/diploma from a recognized university/college in any technology stream. - 0-2 years of work experience in related fields with client interactions or handling. - Excellent written, oral & telephonic communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professional verbal and written communication, tact, and diplomacy. - Knowledge of MS Office and language fluency in Hindi and English. - Proven track record of self-motivation and dedication to work independently and as part of a team. - Keen interest in working in the clean energy space with the ability to handle convincing and rejection/objections effectively. - Ability to multitask, work effectively within a team towards common goals, and organize own work to meet demanding deadlines. - Proficient in available social media platforms and basics of digital marketing.,
