We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strong market penetration and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets across assigned territories.
• Generate and grow business through dealers, distributors, OEMs, and direct customers in the industrial adhesive and allied industries.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships by providing technical support and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver business development presentations, proposals, and technical discussions with clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical) for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory).
• Experience: 3 to 15 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in a similar industry (Adhesives, Hot Melt, Water-Based Adhesives, Emulsions, Laminates, Films, Tapes, Bookbinding).
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, and OEMs in the industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of industrial adhesive applications and customer requirements.
