Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Act as commercial interface at customer site

Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's global reach
  • Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships that address their needs
  • Achieve company annual sales targets by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecast.
  • Follow up and monitor PO execution, solve issues affecting delivery & payment schedule under HQ support
  • Explore competitor information and give regular inputs to HQ8.Collect marketing date and forming regular report to HQ

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in science and engineering, power electronic is plus
  • At least 5 years working experience with industry products in a similar role
  • Power electronic product sales experience is plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel at least 30%-40% of the time
  • Selfmotivated and willing to take a challenge job, able to work independently under pressure with remote support
