Job Description

Job Title: Manager Sales (Solar Projects)

  • Identify and pursue B2B and B2C sales opportunities for solar projects.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility analysis, and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and presentations for clients.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage client onboarding.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years in solar or energy sector sales.
  • Strong understanding of solar EPC/project sales, rooftop/C&I solar market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
