Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire sales team for solar projects.

Develop business strategies to achieve sales & revenue targets.

Expand dealer/distributor/installer network in the region.

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Oversee sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.

Ensure timely collections and monitor project progress.

Requirements:

✔ 3–5 years of proven experience in the Solar Sector (mandatory)

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills

✔ Ability to manage sales operations independently

✔ Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
