Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This includes conducting market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends, participating in trade fairs and seminars to generate leads and build brand visibility, presenting product demos and technical presentations to potential customers, negotiating and closing deals in alignment with company objectives and customer needs, and building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing industries. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers, identify and support reselling partners in your territory, collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest product improvements, prepare and present periodic sales reports, monitor territory performance, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities. You will also be required to track and report competitor activity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical, Production or Mechatronics engineering - Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus Experience Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Industry 4.0 domains - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction - Selling experience in manufacturing industries, MES, ERP etc., machine tools, cutting tools and accessories - Familiarity with real-time machine monitoring solutions is desirable Soft Skills Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships - Use of sales CRM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Territory revenue target achievement and growth - Number of new accounts acquired - Customer retention and satisfaction rates - Timeliness and effectiveness of technical support resolutions - Upsell and cross-sell revenue,
