Job Description

As a Sales Manager / Sales Executive at OGIVOO, an innovative EdTech company specializing in transforming K-12 physical education, you will play a pivotal role in introducing OGIVOO's unique curriculum to schools. OGIVOO combines fundamental movement skills, multi-sports, yoga, and karate to enhance student well-being and physical literacy. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential school partners, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and securing deals to meet sales targets. This position offers you the chance to merge your passion for education, sports, and sales to positively impact students" lives. You will be tasked with identifying and connecting with K-12 schools for potential partnerships, delivering presentations and demonstrations of OGIVOO's curriculum to school administrators and PE teachers, devising and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, nurturing strong relationships with school decision-makers, managing leads and monitoring progress through CRM tools, collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, and gathering market insights to enhance OGIVOO's offerings. Ideal candidates for this role should possess 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in EdTech, education, or SaaS), although fresh graduates with a keen interest in sales and education are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to establish trust with school administrators. A genuine passion for education, sports, and student development is highly valued, in addition to proficiency with CRM tools and video conferencing platforms. The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
