Experience : 3-6yrs in HVAC retrofit Sales
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC retrofit projects.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand existing systems and suggest retrofit solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Drive sales closure by preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and managing client relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain and expand relationships with consultants, facility managers and decision-makers.
Stay updated on market trends, energy-efficiency incentives and competitors.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
