Job Description

Identify and reach out to
potential clients in the UK, USA, and Australia
across
SaaS, tech, customer support, and real-money gaming
industries.
Build relationships with
CXOs, founders, and operations leaders
, understanding their customer communication pain points.
Pitch, demo, and position Xtremes Voice AI agents
as a solution to improve sales, support, and engagement efficiency.
Manage the
entire sales cycle
from cold outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Work closely with the
product and marketing teams
to refine value propositions, client collateral, and outreach campaigns based on real market feedback.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1–3 years of experience
in
international B2B SaaS or tech sales
, preferably targeting clients in the
UK, USA, or Australia
.
Proven track record of
outbound prospecting, cold emailing, and closing mid-sized to enterprise deals
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills with a natural ability to engage senior decision-makers (CXOs, founders, and heads of operations).
Comfortable working with
CRMs and outreach tools
like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Self-starter attitude — thrives in a
fast-paced, startup environment
where ownership and adaptability matter.
Genuine
interest in AI, automation, and voice technology
, and curiosity to understand how businesses communicate and sell globally.
