Roles and Responsibility:

  • Can pitch to Procurement and Facilities professionals.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations.
  • Conduct research and prepare sales forecasts to inform decision-making.
  • Set sales strategies and goals based on key metrics and data analysis.
  • Ensure sales teams have access to in-depth training and innovative tools.
  • Develop new relationships with the industry (IT/BPO/KPO/FMCG/MANUFACTURING/HEALTHCARE)
  • Key executive decision-makers.
  • Create a plan to consistently deliver against assigned quota/targets.
  • Manage, inspire, and motivate a client-facing and high-performing team.
  • Building and nurturing connections with corporate decision-makers to sell various products and services.
  • IT Sales, Product Sales, Security & Facility Sales.

Education level:

Experience & Industry: 5+ Yrs in Corporate Sales, with good client portfolio

Specific skills: Should have connected base with Medium/Large Facilities and Procurements
