Job Description

As a sales professional for a leading bottler operating in the packaged drinking water business, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market share for bottled or treated water products in Uttarakhand and Western UP Markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers such as retailers, hospitality businesses, and other stakeholders. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs will be crucial. You must stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and competitor activities. Additionally, you will oversee sales operations, manage distribution channels, control costs for depots, and ensure proper stock management. Managing a sales team, building relationships with retailers and businesses, analyzing market trends, and overseeing distribution and promotions will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategy to enhance market share for bottled or treated water products in Uttarakhand and Western UP Markets. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including retailers, hospitality businesses, and other stakeholders. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. - Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and competitor activity. - Oversee sales operations, managing distribution channels, controlling costs for depots, and ensuring proper stock management. - Manage a sales team, build relationships with retailers and businesses, analyze market trends, and oversee distribution and promotions. Qualifications Required: - Rich sales leadership and distribution business exposure within the FMCG, food, beverage industry in Uttarakhand and Western UP. - Prior experience in the packaged drinking water segment will be a high advantage. - Experience with distributor operations and channel sales. - Proficiency in lead generation and business development in retail and B2B segments, including HORECA, Railways, etc. Annual Compensation: 15LPA (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
