Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager for Waste Water Treatment for a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing and delivering proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, generating leads, collaborating with internal teams, and providing regular updates on sales activities and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Acquisition
  • Understanding of Waste Water Treatment systems, processes, and technologies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze sales data
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the water treatment or environmental industry is an advantage
