Role Overview

Wardwizard Group is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in SaaS product sales, investment-related solutions, client closures, and customer communication. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling digital platforms and managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to final closure. The role also requires strong managerial abilities, team handling skills, and the capability to lead and guide sales teams toward achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end sales for digital products / SaaS platforms.
  • Identify, pitch, and close clients for investment-related solutions.
  • Conduct high-quality product demos, presentations, and ROI-based sales pitches.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams.

Sales Operations

  • Manage leads, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Track conversions, maintain sales dashboards, and report performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams for seamless deal closures.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in sales, communication, and product knowledge.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven team culture.

Market & Product Understanding

  • Stay updated with SaaS trends, investment solutions, and digital product innovations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights for product improvement and feature enhancements.

Communication & Presentation

  • Must possess excellent Hindi and English communication (verbal & written).
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals to CXO-level stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in SaaS, digital product sales, fintech, or investment software sales.
  • Proven track record of client closures, revenue achievement, and lead handling.
  • Strong understanding of CRMs like Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation techniques, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong managerial and team-handling capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership.
  • Comfortable with travel (if required).

Qualification

  • MBA / BBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred.

  • Candidates with fintech, investment products, or software sales backgrounds will be given priority.
