1. Provides quality leadership for Vitalizs sales team in all assigned tasks, while upholding the companys Values at all times; inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
2. Building a Sales plan for the segment and leading transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met 3. Defining Vitalizs value proposition within the segment and ensure products and services are in place to support it 4. Working with R&D to develop proof of concept criteria for products5. Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. 6. Identify and select prospects and targeted VITALIZ customers to strengthen our customer portfolio 7. Define the segment marketing and promotional plan 8. Propose Channel strategy to be validated with sales 9. Work with the team to create growth plans for strategic customers 10. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors and disseminate information to sales team and sales operations. 11. Special projects as assigned.
Skills / Experience:
Proven experience of selling Food Ingredients/Food Fortification Premixes to staples like Milk and Milk product Industry, Oils and Fats industry, Bakery and Confectionary Industry, Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Industry, Ready-to-cook and Ready-to-Eat Industry globally
Consumer products formulation and commercial B2B experience.
A high calibre Individual with 5 - 10 years experience in Sales of Nutraceuticals. Ideal candidate should have experience in the Pharma and nutraceutical ingredients industry .
