Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for assigned regions.
  2. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  3. Conduct

    techno-commercial discussions

    with customers to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  4. Collaborate with the proposals team for timely and competitive submission of offers.
  5. Coordinate with the

    lead generation team

    and B2B lead manager for business opportunities.
  6. Engage with potential clients, identify needs, and deliver customized proposals.
  7. Follow up with customers for technical clarifications, negotiations, and order closures.
  8. Drive

    digital marketing initiatives

    to enhance brand presence and lead generation.
  9. Provide regular reports to management on sales pipeline, discussions, and conversion status.
  10. Maintain strong technical understanding of:
  • ZLD Systems
  • Evaporators
  • RO Plants
  • ETP/STP
  • Industrial wastewater treatment processes
