Job Description

Position: Sales Manager Location: Mira Road Office Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based, average ₹10,000/month Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to join our interior design firm, based in Mira Road. The role involves covering the stretch from Mira Road to Bandra, focusing on networking, lead generation, and business development through builders, brokers, and property professionals. Key Responsibilities: Connect and build strong relationships with real estate builders and brokers. Visit new and existing partners regularly to generate and maintain business. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Mira Road–Bandra region. Generate leads through consistent follow-ups, meetings, and networking. Call prospective clients to understand and document their requirements. Maintain a detailed database of contacts and follow-up activity. Report daily/weekly progress to the management. Should have good communication skills and understanding of how to pitch to the prospects and provide them and negotiate with them and work out an attractive deal.
