Job Title: Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator – Interior Projects Location: Mira Road to Bandra (Mostly Western Mumbai) Experience: 2-10 Years Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager / Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of mostly residential interior projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise on-site work for civil, carpentry, POP, electrical, and finishing. 2. Read and understand technical drawings and ensure proper execution. 3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams. 4. Communicate clearly with clients and share regular updates. 5. Solve on-site problems and ensure work is done with quality and on time. Requirements: 1. Good knowledge of all interior site work and installation procedures. 2. Must know how to read drawings and give technical input. 3. Strong coordination and communication skills. 4. Experience in handling site teams, vendors, and clients. Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Civil engineering, Interior designing, or related field. It's fine if one has done 12th pass, but should carry experience. Salary: Based on experience.

Key Responsibilities: Connect and build strong relationships with real estate builders and brokers. Visit new and existing partners regularly to generate and maintain business. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Mira Road–Bandra region. Generate leads through consistent follow-ups, meetings, and networking. Call prospective clients to understand and document their requirements. Maintain a detailed database of contacts and follow-up activity. Report daily/weekly progress to the management. Should have good communication skills and understanding of how to pitch to the prospects and provide them and negotiate with them and work out an attractive deal.
