Sales Manager - Two Wheeler Loans

Align with the team to generate leads for sales through on-ground activities. Leading and supervising the team for growth implementation through training, motivation, and deployment strategies is key to success in this role. Stay informed about market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Utilize your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products to provide valuable feedback to the central product and policy team. Compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports is essential. To excel in this role, you should have a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.,
