Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at TUFCON XT (TMT Bar Division) based in Murshidabad, you will play a pivotal role in driving B2B sales of TMT bars in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new dealers, builders, and contractors, as well as nurturing existing relationships to ensure dealer satisfaction and stock rotation. You will also be expected to monitor market competitors, provide strategic insights to the management team, and collaborate with telecalling and digital marketing departments to convert leads effectively. To excel in this role, you should have at least 13 years of experience in sales within the TMT bars, cement, or building material industry. A minimum educational qualification of HS/Graduate, preferably in Commerce or Marketing, is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in Bengali and Hindi languages (English proficiency is a plus). The willingness to travel locally for fieldwork is a must to meet the demands of the job effectively.
