We are Looking For a Dynamic Sales Manager Who We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in team handling and a strong understanding of Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) products. have experience of team handling good knowledge of product Home Loan / Lap Loan. KRA Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Drive business growth through sourcing new customers for Home Loan and LAP products. Ensure proper login and disbursal of files with adherence to company policies and turnaround time. Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide necessary training or guidance. Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners to ensure continuous business flow. Coordinate with credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing. Prepare and analyze MIS reports on sales performance and productivity. Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales. Prior experience in team handling is mandatory.
